Team lead Warehouse

Move forward as Team Lead Warehouse at DSV in Zedelgem.

About the role

As Teamleader, you’ll guide a team of around 15 to 20 warehouse workers.

Your main tasks:

• Plan the daily work: who does what and when;
• Make sure the work is done correctly and safely;
• Step in and work alongside your team when needed, you're not afraid to get hands-on;
• Support and motivate your team;
• Check quality: correct packaging, right quantity, no damage, correct labelling;
• Ensure everyone follows safety rules;
• Keep the warehouse clean and organised.

Are you the perfect fit?

• You have a first experience as teamlead within a Warehousing environment
• You are fluent in Dutch & English
• You have good communication skills.
• You can train and supervise (new) people.
• You are pragmatic, proactive and flexible: working hours can be very variable.
• You see priorities and are quality conscious.
